She has had an extensive career that spans over 25+ years, working with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation earlier in her career, as well as serving 6+ years as a university professor which she supervised other masters and doctoral students pursuing their medical and advanced nursing degrees.

Dr. Lanham has been an international, national and regional presenter and speaker during her research career, speaking on a variety of special interest topics including strategies for improving patient outcomes, addressing communication barriers between providers and their patients, diversity and inclusion in healthcare, human trafficking, teen dating violence/intimate partner violence to name a few. As a steadfast reader known to be persistently ‘in the books and journals,’ to stay up to date on scientific evidence, she has often been requested to offer her medical knowledge for high profile medical-legal court cases across North America as an Expert Witness.

She is known for her continual passion for learning state-of-the-art advancements in medicine, her strong patient advocacy, collaborative nature and keen attention to detail as a dedicated provider.

She has worn a variety of hats during her career in healthcare and has a unique background which has served her well in being able to communicate effectively and connect in a meaningful way to others, as well as offer her talents to her patients.

A member of numerous national organizations to continue her advancements and maintain training and education in the advanced approaches in the regenerative aesthetics field of medicine: Associate Member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery: ASLMS and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine: IAPAM. She is also a certified advanced provider/injector of neurotoxins for wrinkle reduction, migraines and TMJ (temporomandibular joint pain). Certified in the use of the various non-invasive regenerative/restorative treatment approaches and laser. She also regularly attends webinars, national conferences and trainings in the use of advanced laser technology and the latest advancements in laser medicine.

Dr Steven Battle

Recruited by Dr. Lanham over a year ago to provide his additional expertise, is serving as Medical Director to oversee her carefully curated practice. He also has an expansive education which includes graduating from Harvard University. His primary background is in Emergency Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Public Health. He also has a strong interest in research and has been published in national medical journals with special interests in International Health; Communicable Diseases; Healthcare Policy/Management. We welcome him with open arms as he has been a resource in helping Dr. Lanham develop safety procedures and protocols and guidelines for Younger You Aesthetics & Wellness

We also honor his service as Colonel, MC, FS in the U.S. Army.
